McGrew Towers Dormitory and Conference Center, a nine-story dormitory with an attached multipurpose building overlooking the Hampton River, serves as a residence hall for female students and a meeting facility for University and community gatherings and conferences.

Hampton Harbor, a housing and shopping development owned by the University, borders the campus. A convenient alternative to on-campus housing, the Harbor offers attractive and affordable apartment living, a laundromat, and an array of fast food restaurants and specialty shops.
