Leaders participating in the 13th Annual Hampton University High School Leadership Summit will examine various concepts within the realm of leadership that will allow for enlightenment for the future. Using various leadership skills and styles from your current environment, this summit will prove to enhance those skills and add others to the repertoire.
Participants will work in small groups exploring the modality in which to succeed for the present and the future. Training modules will consist of elements to ensure the completion of the following objectives.
OBJECTIVES:
- Develop tactics to improve adapting to change in leadership
- Identify methods to combat adversity in leadership
- Examine various approaches to efficient leadership
- Finding and developing the leader within
- Construction of a strategic plan for self-leadership
