For those seeking a career in within the field of aviation, The Department of Aviation trains tomorrow’s aviation professionals.Our graduates have become instructor, airline, corporate, and military pilots; airport and airline managers; air traffic controllers; aviation technicians; aviation entrepreneurs; and administrators in government regulatory agencies such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and state aviation agencies.

The Department of Aviation offers Bachelor of Science degree programs in the following areas:

• Aviation Management
• Air Traffic Control
• Aviation Electronics
• Flight Education
• Aviation Computer Science

The objectives of the programs are:

• To prepare students for meaningful aviation careers within government and the aerospace industry.
• To bring to aviation a strong sense of social awareness and responsibility to the public.

All Aviation Programs are accredited by the Aviation Accreditation Board International.
