Armstrong Hall

The School of Liberal Arts occupies several buildings on the Hampton University grounds. The School's administrative offices are in Armstrong Hall, located in the center of campus.

Armstrong Hall houses the Little Theater, where student and community productions are prepared and performed. Armstrong's Dett Auditorium is the major music rehearsal facility at Hampton. The English Department Writing Technology Laboratory includes word-processing facilities and online instruction capabilities.

The computerized Foreign Languages Laboratory is located in the Academic Technology Mall on the fifth floor of the Harvey Library. Within Martin Luther King Hall resides most of the Division of Behavioral and Social Sciences. The Behavioral Science Research Center is located in Phenix Hall along with the Collaborative Opportunities Research (COR) Program.
