The Department maintains strong links with Arcadia University Center for Education Abroad, the Institute for International Education, State Department International Program, the Department of Fellowships and Internships for Students, the Institutional Diversity Program from Middlebury College and the Association of Departments of Foreign Languages.

The Department of Modern Foreign Languages hosts Fulbright scholars from overseas such as Tunisia, Japan who enhance students’ cross-cultural understanding and experiences, help improve students linguistic skills and broaden their horizons through interactions.

In addition Students from the Department participate in exchange programs, and take courses at international universities such as those in Spain, Japan, Mexico, France, Egypt and South American countries.
