Mr. Otto is Assistant Professor in Speech and Theatre, and Technical Director. He received his MFA in Scene Design and Stage Technology Theatre from the University of Georgia, Athens, GA, and his BA in Communications from the State University of New York, Old Westbury, NY, in Speech, Theatre, Scene Design and Stage Technology. Mr. Otto has been Technical Director at Hampton University since 1988. Mr. Otto has showcased his designs throughout the Hampton Roads area.
