Ms. AudreyAnn C. Moses, M.Ed (ph.D. candidate) Assistant Professor. Professor Moses joined the Psychology Department as an adjunct professor September 2004 teaching Human Growth & Development (HG&D). Currently, as a full time assistant professor she teaches HG&D, PsycDev - Adulthood and Later Life and several other courses to include Introductory Psychology and Social Psychology. She is also the department's Student Advisement Coordinator. Additionally she is affiliated with the Leadership and Religious Studies Department where she teaches Introductory Psychology and Pastoral Care and Counseling (online). She received her Bachelor's Degree in Adult Education (Vocational/Workforce Development) from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois. She earned her Master's Degree in Urban Education (Guidance and Counseling) / Community Agency Counseling from Norfolk State University, Norfolk Va. She completed her Licensed Professional Counseling post¬graduate work at Old Dominion University. She is currently completing her doctorial work in the field of Counseling Psychology. Her concentration is Human Development, specializing in Life Cycle Behavior Management. Professor Moses practices (supervised) as a Mental Health /Behavior Management Counselor and is contracted to conduct behavior assessments for Head Start, providing assistance to teachers and parents to help children learn positive behavior skills. She is a skilled Life Coach, specializing in personal life improvement and career/educational counseling. Professor Moses is retired U. S. Navy (counseling). She has two sons, Staff Sgt. Leonard A. Moses, Jr. (LJ), USAF and Mr. Stefan A. Moses, CEO Modern Concrete. She enjoys serving God, singing, writing, traveling, her four grandsons and life. |
