Dr. Charles Amissah- Presented at the Oxford University Round Table (March 2006); and attended the UNCF/Mellon Mentors and Coordinators Conference in Atlanta (Fall 2006)
Dr, Lois Benjamin- Published a book entitled "The Black Elite: Still Facing the Color Line in the Twenty-First Century 2nd ed;" and presented at the Oxford University Roundtable (2005).
Dr. Anne Breneman- published a book (with Rebecca Mbuh)
"Women and the New Millennium: the Global Revolution;" and wrote an article "Can Women Be Effective Leaders?" in Asian Women. Additionally, she hosted a teleconference (with Dr. Rebecca Mbuh from
Sookmyung University) that discussed African Gender Issues.
Dr. Sherree Davis- Facilitated a workshop (with Dr. Zina McGee, Kendrick Henley, Whitney Terrill, and Patrica Chatman) entitled, "Bridging Theory and Practice: Careers in Sociology" and was electd to serve on the University's Academic Personnel Committee.
