Chemistry major may participate in this program upon meeting requirements specified by the University and the department.  Students may work  in industrial or government laboratories.  The University and the agencies involved jointly select participants from their program.  The terms presently are August 1 through January 31 and February 1 through July 31.  Grade will be on S/U basis only.
