Mrs. LaPaugh joined Hampton University in June of 2002 as a Computer Literacy instructor. She earned her M.Ed. from Cambridge College in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 2000. During her career as an educator, she also has taught seventh grade language arts and freshmen and sophomore English.
