Assistant Professor

Dr. Providence earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Graduate School University Center, CUNY.  Dr. Providence was Co-PI on the Consortium to Promote Computational Science and HPC and a Collaborative Project: Bridge Gaps in Information Assurance Education through Collaboration.

Research Interests: HPC, Computational Mathematics, Error Correcting Codes, Reconfigurable Computing, Computer Science Education
