Boodah Brothers
The Boodah Brothers have been staples at 103 JAMZ ( WOWI) for well over a decade. The Duo, DJ Law and Big B lit up the airways playing the latest, most cutting edge hip hop and garnishing huge ratings. In 1997 they took over evenings and enjoyed a three year run at number one in their time slot. They continue to dominate the airways of the “7-5-7.” Their intellect wit juxtaposed with credible street knowledge have made them favorites in the morning and enormously respected in general.
Trey Songz
Growing up in Petersburg, VA, those who knew Tremaine Aldon Neverson recognized that he was headed for stardom. Better known by his stage name Trey Songz, the Grammy Award-nominated R&B hip-hop singer-songwriter released his debut album “I Gotta Make it” in July 2005. The album debuted at number 20 in Billboard 200 and the first week the album sold domestically over 10,000 copies. His second album entitled “Trey Day” released October of 2007 debuted at number 11 on the Billboard 200, selling more units than his previous album.
Delante Murphy
A Hampton graduate, Delante Murphy, first majored in music engineering. He became the founder of Hung Lo Productions while still in college. After college, Mr. Murphy moved to New York and became involved in the music industry. Today, Murphy runs his own company D2 Music, which manages various producers & artists such as Trey Songz.
