| To replace a lost I.D./Meal
Card, the student must do the following:
1. Report the loss to the Dean of Men/Women and pick up a verification slip 2. Pay $10 for the new I.D. and/or a $20 fee to activate the New Meal Card, at the Cashier’s Window in Whipple Barn. These fees must be paid in cash before a duplicate can be issued. 3. Report to the University Police located in Whipple barn to reactivate the Meal Ticket and/or ID.
