Stephen Hill is a Scripps Howard Visiting Professional in the fall 2001 semester, teaching broadcast journalism.

He is an award-winning investigative reporter at WCPO-TV in Cincinnati, where he has worked since 1989. He has worked on the station's I-Team of investigative journalists since its inception nine years ago. He has also been a reporter at WMAR-TV in Baltimore and WSMV-TV in Nashville.

He is a native of Newark, N.J., and a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism. He has been a foster parent and for the past six years has been a mentor to several "at-risk" hometown kids.
