Edward J. Holmes, PhD


--Assistant Professor of Psychology

Dr. Holmes earned his B.A. at Howard University and both his MA and PhD in experimental/physiological psychology from Princeton University. He teaches Statistics I & II and physiological psychology and has been at HU for 10 years. His research interests are in the biological bases of memory, in particular short-term memory loss and retrograde amnesia as a consequence of brain damage in early development. Dr. Holmes enjoys playing chess and watching old movies.
