Education and Disability Resources

READ, READ, READ!

To successfully compete for funding you must keep abreast of new research, trends, and terminology; and be aware of the federal government's changing priorities. Though a majority of education research journals are not on line, you can find reports, abstracts, bibliographies and a variety of other information. (See the resources listed below.) Read as much as possible. To keep up to date on a regular basis:

  • Join EdInfo, a free weekly U.S. Department of Education e-mail news/information service; and
  • Join Listserves and Newsgroups focusing on your areas of interest.
