Noopur Davis is a senior member of the technical staff at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI). She is currently working on the SEI Team Software Process (TSP) and Personal Software Process (PSP) initiatives, where she is developing and refining the methods, and launching and coaching TSP teams. Her current research interests include using the TSP to develop secure software, and using the TSP to accelerate model-based software process improvement.

Ms. Davis holds a Master of Science in computer science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Auburn University.
