Executive Leadership Summit - Program

The 2011 Executive Leadership Summit will focus on actual day-to-day leadership and administrative challenges that those who aspire to executive positions, as well as those who feel the need for retooling in their current positions, must address if they are to be successful leaders in the 21st Century.  Executive Leadership Summit participants will engage in think-tank sessions with Summit leaders that address real situations.

Participants will have the opportunity to gain insight into critical issues that confront university and college presidents and other executive officers.  Summit leaders will share with participants the strategies that they have found to be successful.  The ultimate goal of the Hampton University Executive leadership Summit is to pass the executive leadership torch from experienced, successful executive administrators to those who aspire to retool their skills as current administrators or to advance to top executive positions.

Networking opportunities will be enhanced through the three-day program.  Wednesday evening will be registration and university museum tour. Thursday evening activity will include a dinner cruise on the Spirit of Norfolk.  On Friday evening, a capstone address will be delivered at the Summit's closing banquet.
