The Executive Leadership Summit - Registration
The registration fee for the 2015 Summit is $675.00. Registration includes a welcome reception on Wednesday; breakfast, lunch and a networking function on Thursday; and breakfast and a closing luncheon on Friday.
A Pre-Summit Workshop is being offered on Wednesday, November 4, 2015. There is an additional charge of $85.00 for the workshop. A box lunch and beverages are included in the cost.
All Summit fees are due by October 29, 2015. The acceptable methods of payment for the Executive Leadership Summit are purchase order, check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.
Registration is closed for the Executive Leadership Summit 2015.
Summit Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy
- If an attendee wishes to cancel his/her registration, he/she must notify the Executive Leadership Summit via email at email@example.com
- If an attendee’s registration is cancelled 21 business days or more in advance of the Summit, he/she will receive a refund less a $75.00 service fee.
- If an attendee’s registration is cancelled 7 business days, but less than 21 business days in advance of the Summit, he/she will receive a refund less a $100.00 service fee.
- No registration fees will be refunded for cancellations 7 business days before the Summit.
- All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
