The Division of Continuing Studies is an academic unit of the College of Education and Continuing Studies at Hampton University, which serves non-traditional students. It operates as an independent college in terms of programs and degree offerings.
The Division of Continuing Studies is accepting applications from prospective adjunct instructors in the following areas: English, History, Mathematics, Paralegal Studies, Foreign Language, Physical Science, Humanities, Communication, Computer Science, Biology, Accounting, Sociology, Finance, Philosophy, Business Management, Public Safety, Economics and Psychology.
Duties and Responsibilities
Courses are offered evenings, weekends and online and at our three locations - Hampton Harbor, Langley Air Force Base and the College of Virginia Beach.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a master's degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline or a terminal degree in the relevant discipline.
