Description

Under the direction of Project Director, the Program Coordinator will devote 12-14 months full-time in the proper implementation of the grant project. The Program Coordinator will assist in the proper implementation of the grant. The Program Coordinator will assist the Principal Investigator and adhere to the following duties and responsibilities related to the Preach to Change the World Project.

*This is a grant-funded position. Continuation of the position is contingent upon the continuation of related grant funding.


Duties and Responsibilities

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for organizing the logistics of the project including the website, travel, tracking and ordering supplies, arranging meetings and ongoing contacts with all participants of the project; copying and scheduling meetings, administering surveys, scheduling teleconference meetings, taking notes during these meetings, maintaining program records, maintaining the online presence with the web master and web developer; fulfilling general administrative responsibilities. The project coordinator will ensure that the website is monitored and updated as needed.

Requirements

  • Some Knowledge of Web Development and Maintenance

  • Proficient written and Verbal Communication Skills

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills with Internal and External Constituents

  • Telephone and Customer Service Expertise

  • Microsoft Office Proficient

  • Able to Work within and Meet Deadlines

Qualifications

High school diploma with at least three years of experience in website presence, office assistance, receptionist and/or secretarial and office coordination. Web experience is a positive attribute for the applicant.
