This position will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Admission Office mailroom to include maintaining an Excel database of all incoming applications; delivery of incoming credentials in a timely manner to admissions processors; transmittal of funds to the appropriate external offices; managing the inquiry database; and maintaining the admissions electronic mailbox. This position will also supervise a team of student workers to assist with all mailroom tasks.
Successful candidate must have previous professional experience in college or university admissions recruiting, proficient computer skills including Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, excellent communication skills both oral and written, excellent organization and management skills, high energy and a commitment to accomplishment. Candidate must have the ability to excel in a team-oriented environment, interface well with all levels of personnel and management and have the ability to work effectively under pressure.
