The Curriculum Advising and Program Planner is primarily responsible for updating the academic curricula within the Curriculum Advising and Program Planning System (CAPPS).
Duties and Responsibilities
The Program Planner is responsible for compiling a list of approved course substitutions, coordinating activities with deans and chairs and processing the catalog into the CAPPS. The Program planner will also process substitutions into the CAPPS while working directly with the Assistant to the Registrar and Graduation Clerk. This person also assists the Registrar with other assigned duties.
Successful candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office and other database applications. The successful candidate must be punctual, a self starter and able to work well independently and with others. The candidate must be professional at all times with excellent time management and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree required or 5 years experience in administration.
