Description

Responsible for sorting, delivering, and distributing correspondence mail received from the US Postal Service to Residence Halls and campus departments.

Duties and Responsibilities

Receive, process, and deliver mail to various departments throughout the University.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED

  • 1 year customer services experience

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and driver’s record

  • Must be able to lift mail bags and parcels up to 70lbs

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk up and down stairs

  • Be neat in appearance

Qualifications

  • Ability to check names & numbers with speed & accuracy

  • Ability to memorize mail distributions procedures
