The Curriculum Advising and Program Planner is primarily responsible for updating the academic curricula within the Curriculum Advising and Program Planning System (CAPPS).

Duties and Responsibilities

TheProgram Planner is responsible for compiling a list of approved course substitutions, coordinating activities with deans and chairs, and processing the catalog into the CAPPS. The Program planner will also process substitutions into the CAPPS while working directly with the Assistant to the Registrar and Graduation Clerk. This person also assists the Registrar with other assigned duties.


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other database applications.

  • Punctual, self-starter and able to work well independently and with others.

  • Must demonstrate professionalism at all times.

  • Possess excellent time management and organizational skills.


Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience in administration.
