The Office of Off-Campus Housing has prepared a landlord listing
to assist those students who were unable to be housed on campus
and those who choose to live in the surrounding communities.
Please note that the Off-Campus Housing Office serves as an information
referral service only and cannot be responsible for lease arrangements.
The student, his or her parents, guardians, or other responsible party
must make application and sign as the responsible party. Persons from
North Carolina, Louisiana, Texas, and Florida are not allowed to co-sign
in the state of Virginia. This is a reciprocal law.
All students must provide this office with an address as soon as suitable
accommodations are acquired. Please notify us in writing so that
we may update our records and mailing lists. This information should
be kept current with the Office of the Registrar, as well as the
Offices of the Deans of Men and Women.
The landlord list can be requested via email.
Hampton Harbors Apartments
are directly adjacent to the campus, and can be reached via e-mail
or by calling 757-723-0559. Other apartment listings for Hampton
and Newport News can be found through the Apartment
Guide and the Apartment
Book.
If our office can assist you further, please contact us at (757) 728-6746,
or e-mail us.
