HU WELCOMES STUDENTS FOR HIGH SCHOOL DAY

Hampton, VA - Students from across the nation will converge on Hampton University's campus on April 5 for the University's 24th Annual High School Day. This year's theme is "Hampton University: Unlocking the Door to Your Success."

Last year, more than 3,000 high school students attended the event that includes campus tours and informational sessions about academic programs, financial aid opportunities and admission requirements. Parents and counselors also may attend question and answer sessions while the students get a taste of the college atmosphere for a day. Students will be able to fill out applications on site and speak with admissions officers about enrollment opportunities.

Registration is free and will be held at the Hampton University Convocation Center from 7 - 9 a.m. Activities and events are planned through 5 p.m.
