Dr. William R. Harvey named Citizen of the Year
Hampton University President Dr. William R. Harvey has been named the Daily Press Citizen of Year for 2010.
Every year since 1989, the Daily Press has named a Citizen of the Year, an individual or group that has made an exceptional contribution to the community. Harvey was honored for his exceptional service and dedication to Hampton University and the community.
