RELIGIOUS STUDIES STUDENTS

The advisement/registration period for Session III - S08- I begins on November 26, 2007 and Session IV - S08 - II begins February 15, 2008.  Students are reminded to review their HUnet accounts for any discrepancies.  You must be financially cleared in order to enroll in Session III & IV.  Additionally, you will not be able to receive your official grades for the current session if your account is not up-to-date. NO CLEARANCE! NO CLASSES!

If you have a balance due at HU, then it needs to be cleared up prior to registration for the next session.  Additionally, classes for which you wish to register must be paid for at the time of registration with the exception of eArmyU students. Please note the following deadlines:

To make this session a successful one, former students should check to ensure that your username and password for BLACKBOARD are operative once the class is accessible at 5pm on the start day of the class to avoid unnecessary interruptions during your studies. New students, who will be provided a username and password for BLACKBOARD and HUNet, should immediately check to ensure there are no issues with regard to their access. Finally, be aware that your internet provider may not be compatible with BLACKBOARD. From previous experience, it has become evident that AOL has some compatibility issues in this regard.

You will be receiving a notification about the improved and streamlined process for Advisement for Sessions III & IV S08 in the coming days. A confirmation will be sent once your classes are approved.

After you have received confirmation of your approved classes, you are to submit them on a completed REGISTRATION FORM ONLINE. Until you have paid for the classes and been financially cleared, the registrar will not post your courses.

The preferred payment method is the Online Payment system. To access the Online Payment system, simply login into the HU's main webpage and select Online Resources, then select Online Payments – Students. Here is the link:
https://ebill.securebills.com/sms/onepay/default.asp?u=hamt

Additionally, while Religious Studies office seeks to assist you as much as possible it is not a liaison between students and the Financial Aid Office or the Business Office. All students are responsible for their own accounts being paid and up-to-date regardless of the method of payment.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
