Daily Information
Sessions & Tours Monday-
Friday: 9:30 a.m. & 1:30 p.m. (excludes holidays)
Each tour begins with a 30-minute information session and question
and answer period conducted by an admissions counselor. The information
session is immediately followed by a one hour walking tour of the campus
led by our Student Recruitment Team. Walking tours of the campus generally
include passage through our 254+ acres and historical landmarks. The
tour also includes entry into the Student Center, the library, the University
Chapel and academic buildings upon request (not applicable for groups).
For the safety and privacy of our students, walking tours will not go
inside residence halls.
To make a reservation for a weekday information session and tour, complete
our online reservation form. We require at least seven business
days advance notice when reserving your campus tour. Please note
that for groups of 10 or more, reservations must be made at least two
weeks before the desired visit date.
Information sessions and campus tours usually originate at the Office
of Admission, Whipple Barn. Groups should bring one person into Whipple
Barn to check in; group members will be directed to unload, and parking
instructions for the bus will be provided. To allow for an easy start
to your visit, please plan to arrive on campus at least 15 minutes prior
to the start of the information session and tour you plan to attend.
In order for you to enjoy the entire information session and tour, we
advise you to allow at least 2 hours for your visit and to plan other
appointments on campus in consideration of the scheduled admission information
sessions and campus tours. As walking tours usually last for 1 hour,
we recommend that you wear comfortable shoes and attire appropriate for
the weather. In case of light rain, walking tours are still given. Please
pack a small umbrella for your trip. In case of a serious downpour, only
the information session will be given.
