When is the 2017 Spring Career Fair?
The 2017 Spring Career Fair will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 10:00am to 3:00pm at the Student Center Ballroom. Save the Date!

Who can attend the Career Fair?
The Career Fair is open to all Hampton University students and alumni!

How do I register?
Register Online: 2017 Spring Career Fair Registration
Upon successful completion of the registration form, you will receive an initial confirmation.

What does my registration fee include?

Call and ask for more information, 757-727-5331.

The fee covers the cost of participation for two representatives, a Career Fair Profile Book, an 8'x 6' booth (displays must fit within this space), 1 table, 2 chairs, breakfast and lunch. There is an additional cost for extra representatives (up to four per booth, including Interns and Corporate Ambassadors).

What is the registration deadline?
The registration deadline is midnight, February 15, 2017. However, all registrations completed after February 9, 2017 will not appear in the Career Fair Profile book.

What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover). A credit card payment may be made at the time of registration (online) or called in to the Career Center office. Checks are also accepted. Please make checks payable to: Hampton University Career Center. All checks must be mailed to:

All payments must be made before the career fair date of February 16, 2017. If this is not possible, payment should be made no later than one (1) week after the career fair.

When can I set up my display?
You may set up as early as 8:30am. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided for all registered representatives. Breakfast is available from 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM, in a designated area. Lunch is available at either 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM, in the same designated area.

Will an electrical outlet be available?
Request can be made during online registration.

Will there be internet accessibility?
Wi-Fi instructions will be provided upon arrival.

How do I ship and return materials?
Please ship your Career Fair materials so they arrive no later than the day before the fair. Your company name must be clearly visible on each item shipped. Your materials will be delivered to your assigned booth on the day of the fair. Please ship your materials to the following address:

Employers are responsible for packaging and arranging pickup for remaining materials.
