Requirements

The applicant must:

• Be a citizen of the United States or a legal alien.
  
• Have completed five years of elementary education or be 11-27 years of age.
  
• Be enrolled in or have dropped out of any grade from sixth through twelfth and have the potential for post-secondary education.
  
• Need one or more of the services provided by the project.

Services Provided

• Academic, college, career and personal counseling
  
• Free college, cultural and business tours.
  
• Free tutoring
  
• Workshops and seminars on the college application process
  
• Assistance with completing financial aid forms.
  
• SAT I & II, college application and ACT fee waivers to eligible participants.
  
• Workshops and computer assistance on SAT and GED preparation.
  
• Other individualized services are also available to the ETS client.
