All
requests should come from Department Heads or Deans. Please
provide the following information with each request:
1.
Faculty/Staff member’s first and last name typed out
and the department.
2.
The request can be sent via interoffice memo, or an e-mail
sent to helpdesk@hamptonu.edu .
3.
Once the ATM Help Desk has received the request, it is then
routed to our e-mail administrator. When the e-mail account
is created, a representative from the Help Desk will notify
the department heads, via e-mail, that the account has been
set up. |
