Use of many of these resources is governed by licensing agreements that restrict use to the Hampton University students, faculty, and staff.
It is the responsibility of each person to ensure that he or she uses these resources only for individual, noncommercial use without systematically downloading, distributing, or retaining substantial portions of the information provided.
Furthermore, copying or tampering with the software that organizes and displays information is also in violation of our licensing agreements.
Misuse of these resources can result in the termination of the licensing agreement and the loss of use of the resource by the entire Hampton University campus.
Vendors and the Hampton University Harvey Library offer these resources on an "as is basis." There are no warranties for completeness or accuracy of the data or the availability of storage and delivery devices.
