ACS: American Chemical Society style guides for the writing in Chemistry.

APA (see also MetaSites): The American Psychological Association style guide for the social sciences, such as Psychology and Education.

ASA : The American Sociological Association style guide is intended for students in sociology.

CBE: used for scientific works, especially in Biology and related disciplines. Style set by the Council of Biology Editors.
