MISSION: The Reference Department supports the mission of Hampton University by providing the tools necessary for the students, faculty and staff to engage in writing, research and grantsmanship. It is our mission to foster an environment that encourages the continual development of Information Literacy and information retrieval skills at Hampton University.
SERVICES: The Reference Department provides a variety of essential services to assist the Hampton University community with its information needs: access to professionally trained Reference Librarians to assist in your research, access to both print and online resources, library instruction, and research consultations.
