Workshop Objectives
During this intensive and highly interactive workshop, participants will:
- Complete the Interpersonal Influence Inventory, a benchmark for executive presence
- Review the behaviors and practices of emotionally intelligent leaders
- Set 2-3 executive development goals based on interpersonal influence score
- Lead from a VALUES↔MISSION base
- Learn and practice at least 5 powerful executive communication skills that emphasize strong emotional intelligence
