The operations manager is responsible for meeting with vendors and overseeing services provided within the property. Also, maintaining relationships with vendors performing routine maintenance. Establishing communication with the shopping center tenants completing monthly updates reported to the Real Estate Foundation.

Duties and Responsibilities

The operations manager is responsible for maintaining schedules of work being performed within the property. Receiving and managing work orders in a timely fashion. The operations manager is also required to complete routine inspections of properties and input of information into software applications. Enforces lease policies and procedures, serving violations, and completing monthly reports and newsletters.


Must hold an associate’s degree with 5+ years of experience in management and/or property management.


Great customer service and interpersonal skills. Must have strong leadership skills, great verbal communication, organization, the ability to multitask, flexibility, and attention to detail. Must be competent with office management software.
