Description

The property manager is responsible for collecting rent and other property fees from tenants, reporting the property’s financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to the Real Estate Foundation. The property manager will meet potential tenants, show the property, and assess their applications in accordance with anti-discrimination laws. Also, will investigate and resolve property complaints and rental violations.

Duties and Responsibilities

The property manager is responsible for enforcing the policies and procedures in lease agreements and strictly enforcing violations. Serving important information, violations and warnings to residents. The property manager is also required to complete routine inspections of properties and input of information into the software application used rent collection. Completing monthly reports.

Requirements

5+ years of leasing and management experience. Must hold an associate’s degree.

Qualifications

Must have strong leadership skills, the ability to work with a diverse group pf people, great customer service and interpersonal skills needed to meet with prospective and current tenants. Must have great verbal communication, organization, the ability to multitask, and flexibility.
