Academic Early Alert Form

This online tool is available to faculty and professional staff to complete to recommend a student for support services. An Academic Advisor will provide follow up to the instructor once they meet with the student to discuss their difficulties with the course. Please complete and submit the form below to to refer a student to our office. The earlier we help our students pinpoint the issue tis increases their chances of succeeding and finishing the semester strong!

Student Workshops and Presentations

Academic Advisors are available to present workshops on the topics below and others for residence hall, classroom and student organization presentations. To schedule a presentation please send an email to 7 days prior to the desired presentation date detailing: the time and date, number of attendees, presentation topic, and place. Once the request is received the advisor will reach out to the faculty or staff member that scheduled the presentation to confirm participation within 2 business days.
